Nice hotel in a convenient location in Madrid. Quiet inside, despite being on a major road. Courteous and helpful staff. My only difficulty was lack of electrical outlets for charging my phone -- there was no outlet at all near the bed, and for the one at the desk I needed to unplug the lamp to use it. The hotel tells me that they're planning on adding outlets in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel mora because of the excellent location and the panoramic views from the sunny balcony. However booking a room on a high floor was a headache; the reservation department was difficult to deal with!!!

Excellent location and brilliant & friendly staff. Special mention for the girl on reception when we arrived on Friday 23rd Feb at 9-00 pm, and the young man on the morning of 24th Feb who were fantastically helpful. Sorry for not catching names, but they deserve a bonus! Great tapas linked to hotel, and many others near by. La Maripepa Cervecería five minutes for good beer selection plus great selection of bars, cocktail bars, and cafes all easy walking. All main tourist places in easy walking distance, with Roya Palace a 25 min walk.

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Hotel Mora in Madrid. This hotel is well situated, with professional people at the reception and clean rooms with pretty views, at least the one I stayed in. What I like about it is that it's a non-pretentious place. Nearby, you can find nice bars, restaurants, museums, stores and good coffee shops. All you need to have a wonderful time. Thanks!

Very clean. Nice views to "Paseo del Prado". Just 2min walking from Atocha station (bus to the aiport and train to different citirs in Spain) and 20min walking to GranVía, one of the most vibrant street in Madrid. Definitely I will be back.

Hotel Mora is a great value quiet hotel in an excellent location on Paseo del Prado. It is very close to a metro station and a walking distance to the major museums. Very friendly staff especially on reception. Highly recommended.

Liked the location. Room and bathroom are clean and with good space. However as the room is for 4 persons, it would be good to have an extra chair, a fridge and a water kettle would be even better.
